Each camper is paired with another camper in one room. Most suites in Templin Hall have (2) bedrooms and a small common space. Each suite will likely have 4 total campers. Roommate requests will be honored for each bedroom.
At camp there is a wide range of abilities. All campers are divided into small groups that are based on age, similar experience, and ability.
All campers should bring golf clubs, golf shoes, golf clothes for 4 days, a swim suit, clothes you would want to wear while hanging out in the hotel at night, toothbrush, sunscreen, and some extra spending money for drinks and snacks at night.
Each morning campers will eat a breakfast buffet at Templin Hall. Lunch will be at Jayhawk Golf Club each day and dinner will be either at Templin Hall or catered in to the Knapheide Family Practice Facility. All of the meals are all you can eat.
Resident campers (overnight) – You will check-in at Templin Hall on the campus of the University of Kansas. Each camper will get directions to the dorm, sent via e-mail, closer to the start of camp. When you arrive, you will be greeted by camp staff, which will then take you to the registration desk and carry your belongings to your room. The campers will then have a brief orientation from the coaches and take a van out to the golf course. Our staff will transport the golf clubs out to the golf facility and they will be waiting for the campers when they arrive. To check-out of the camp on the last day, parents will pick up their campers at the golf facility following the camp tournament. We will have all campers clean up their rooms that morning and will have luggage and personal belongings delivered to the golf facility so you will be able to depart camp from there. Commuter (Day) – You will check-in and check out your camper at the Knapheide Family Practice Facility (Jayhawk Golf Club) each day.

Parents are welcome to the final days competitions. The final day will feature a 9 hole stroke play tournament and multiple short game competitions with lunch and a brief awards presentation. Campers will be released at 12:30 PM.
We will refund your entire camp fee minus the credit card processing fee ($50.00) up until May 1, 2019. After May 1, 2019 no refunds will be available. A credit card processing fee is charged to the camp to process your registration at the time you register on-line. No partial refunds will be given to any request made after camp begins or for any camper sent home for disciplinary reasons or due to homesickness. All returned checks are subject to $50 charge. Campers must be 12 before the start of camp to attend.
